Shamar Holley is the President of The Queensway Inspection Alliance, bringing a wealth of experience in housing inspections, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership. He holds certifications in HQS, NSPIRE, and CPI which equip him with the expertise to oversee rigorous housing inspections in line with federal and local guidelines. Shamar’s professional journey includes roles at several housing authorities, where he has excelled in ensuring compliance with housing regulations, advising case managers, and leading inspection teams. Most recently, he has been serving as a Housing Inspector at the Decatur Housing Authority since 2023, where he conducts inspections under HQS and NSPIRE protocols, handles tenant and landlord inquiries, and coordinates monthly landlord briefings and housing fairs. His role also involves preparing DHA-owned assets for required inspections, including REAC and DCA inspections.

Before his current position, Shamar worked as an HQS Inspector for the Housing Authority of Fulton County,  Macon Housing Authority as a contractor, and McCright and Associates. In these roles, he conducted housing inspections, assisted in generating daily routes, submitted reports, and managed the overall inspection process for local municipalities.

Shamar’s career is further distinguished by his time in the United States Air Force, where he served from 2015 to 2021. As a Logistics Clerk, he handled sensitive military equipment worth millions, ensuring its safe reassignment and maintaining safety protocols. He also held a leadership position as a Supervisor, coordinating security for military assets and overseeing the safety of personnel and equipment at Robins Air Force Base. His military experience, which includes training as a military police officer, has significantly contributed to his strong leadership, discipline, and attention to detail.
